At Clothes Mentor Arlington, we want you to love your designer finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window for store credit or exchange on eligible items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with the security tags still attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is within the 7-day return window and that all original store tags and security seals remain intact and untampered with.

  Visit Our Boutique

  Bring your eligible items and the original paper or digital receipt to our Arlington location during regular business hours for processing.

  Inspection Process

  Our staff will perform a quick inspection of the garment or accessory to verify it matches the condition at the time of purchase.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once approved, we will issue your refund in the form of a Clothes Mentor gift card or process an immediate exchange for another curated piece in our shop.
